The grid
Each row is a SKU, showing on-hand, allocated (reserved by open orders), and available (on-hand minus allocated) quantities across every bin. Use the search box to filter by SKU or title.
- Reorder shows a badge once on-hand drops to or below the SKU's reorder point, so low stock is easy to spot at a glance.
- Channels shows every sales channel this SKU is listed on, with a color-coded badge for its last stock-sync result (success/error/retrying).
- Details expands a row to show full product info, every bin location with quantity, kit components (for bundles), and a stock adjustment form.
- Edit opens a form to update title, description, images, barcode/GTIN, weight, dimensions, cost, and price.
Adjusting stock
Expand a row's Details and use the stock adjustment form: pick a warehouse, enter a bin label, and a signed quantity (positive to receive stock, negative to remove or correct it). This is the only way stock changes manually — everything else (orders shipping, allocation) updates it automatically.
Kits & bundles
A bundle SKU (marked with a KIT badge) doesn't carry its own bin stock — its availability is calculated from its component SKUs' stock at order time. Set up components when creating or editing the SKU.
Bulk pick lists & labels
Select one or more SKUs using the checkboxes (the header checkbox selects everything currently visible/filtered), then use the toolbar that appears:
- Print Pick List — opens a printable sheet listing every bin location holding stock for the selected SKUs, grouped and sorted by warehouse and bin so a picker can walk the floor efficiently. SKUs with no stock anywhere are called out separately.
- Print Labels — opens a printable sheet with one label per selected SKU, each with a scannable barcode and the product title, laid out for printing on a label sheet or plain paper.
