Connecting Channels

Connect Shopify, Magento, eBay, or TikTok Shop so orders and stock flow automatically.

Shopify

  1. In Shopify, create a custom app with Admin API access (read/write inventory and orders).
  2. In the LaunchOMS Marketplace, install the Shopify app and enter your shop domain, access token, a location ID, and a webhook secret of your choosing.
  3. Register the webhook URL shown there as the orders/create webhook in Shopify (Settings → Notifications → Webhooks, or via the Admin API), using the same webhook secret.
  4. Make sure each product listed on Shopify has its LaunchOMS SKU mapped to the real Shopify InventoryItem ID so stock pushes land correctly.

Magento

  1. In Magento, create an Integration (or use an admin token) with catalog/inventory write access.
  2. In the LaunchOMS Marketplace, install the Magento app and enter your store's base URL, access token, MSI source code, and a webhook secret of your choosing.
  3. Install the LaunchOMS order-push module in your Magento store (ask your developer or agency — it's a small, ready-made module) and configure it in Magento admin under Stores → Configuration → Service → LaunchOMS Order Push with the webhook URL and secret shown on the app's Marketplace card.

eBay

  1. In the eBay Developer Program, create an app and get a User access token with inventory access.
  2. In the LaunchOMS Marketplace, install the eBay app and enter your access token, marketplace (e.g. EBAY_US), and a webhook secret of your choosing.
  3. eBay doesn't offer a simple built-in order webhook, so orders need a small bridge — either a scheduled check against eBay's order API, or eBay's separately-approved Notification API — pointed at the webhook URL shown on the app's Marketplace card, sending the same webhook secret back with each order.

TikTok Shop

  1. In the TikTok Shop Partner Center, create an app and authorize it against your shop.
  2. In the LaunchOMS Marketplace, install the TikTok Shop app and enter your shop ID, app key, app secret, access token, warehouse ID, and a webhook secret of your choosing.
  3. Like eBay, TikTok orders need a small bridge pointed at the webhook URL shown on the app's Marketplace card. This is a newer connection — if stock pushes aren't landing, double-check your TikTok Partner API version against what LaunchOMS expects (ask your developer to check src/lib/channels/tiktok.real.ts).

Credentials stay with your account

Whatever you enter is stored against your account only, not shared across other LaunchOMS customers. Secret fields (access tokens, webhook secrets) are never shown back to you once saved — leave them blank when editing a connection to keep the existing value, or type a new one to replace it.

Channel Health Monitor

Once connected, use Channel Health in the main navigation to watch orders arrive in real time and confirm stock pushes are succeeding. It shows two live logs:

  • Incoming order webhooks — every order received, with its status (processed, duplicate, or invalid) and any error.
  • Outbound stock sync — every attempt to push a stock level to a channel, with retries and final failures.

If something's not showing up here, double-check the webhook URL and secret configured on both sides match exactly.
