Account settings, your team, and where the warehouse lives.

Account

Rename your account at any time — this is just a label and doesn't affect anything else.

Plan & usage

Shows how many products you've created and how many orders have come in today, against your plan's limits. Accounts on the free plan are capped at 5 products and 5 orders/day; the meter turns red once you hit a limit. If a limit is blocking you, get in touch about upgrading.

Team

Add teammates and set their role:

• Admin — everything, including team, warehouse, and the Marketplace.
• Warehouse Staff — products, stock, orders, and shipping, but not account settings.
• Support / Read-only — can view everything, can't change anything.

From the Team list you can change anyone's role, reset their password, or remove them. You can't remove your own account (ask another Admin), and the last remaining Admin on an account can't be demoted or removed — there always has to be at least one.

Warehouse

Your ship-from address, used when purchasing real shipping labels. Set this up before you start shipping for real.

Marketplace

Its own section in the main navigation, separate from Admin, with two parts: sales channel apps (Shopify, Magento, eBay, TikTok Shop — see Connecting Channels for the full walkthrough) and Carriers, where you define the carriers and per-service rates used by the shipping rules engine.
