Fulfillment

Order routing, shipping labels, and packing lists.

Importing orders

Use Import orders on the Fulfillment page to bulk-create orders from a CSV, Excel (.xlsx), or JSON file. Each row is one order line item -- rows sharing the same Order ID are grouped into a single order with multiple items. Required columns: Order ID, SKU, Quantity, Unit Price, Customer Name, Address Line 1, City, State, Postal Code, and Country (Address Line 2 is optional). SKU must already exist as a product in your account; the order total is calculated from quantity × unit price across each order's rows. Re-importing the same file is safe -- orders already imported (matched by Order ID) are skipped as duplicates, not created twice.

Order statuses

  • Pending — just received, not yet checked against stock.
  • Allocated — stock reserved; ready to route and ship.
  • Backordered — not enough stock available; will retry as stock arrives.
  • Shipped — a label has been purchased.
  • Cancelled.

Routing an order

Click Apply Route on an order to run it through your shipping rules and assign a carrier and service. Rules are evaluated in priority order (lowest first) and the first match wins — for example, routing high-value orders to an express service, or oversized packages to a carrier that actually supports them.

Manage rules from Manage routing rules on the Fulfillment page: pick a condition (order total, destination state, weight, or whether the package is oversized), an operator, a value, and the carrier/service to route matching orders to.

Generating a label

Once an order is Allocated and has a service assigned, click Generate Label. This purchases the shipment, marks the order Shipped, and consumes the stock that was reserved for it.

Carrier rates

Manage the carriers and services available for routing (and their cost/lead time) under Carriers in the Marketplace.

Packing lists

Every shipped (or shippable) order has a printable packing list — ship-to address, order and channel reference, and every line item with quantity. Open it from the order and use the Print button.

Oversized packages

A package is treated as oversized if any single dimension exceeds 108 inches, or its length plus girth (2 × (width + height)) exceeds 165 inches — the standard carrier threshold. Set a routing rule on "package is oversized" to make sure these always go to a carrier/service that can actually handle them.

Bulk pick lists & labels

For picking and printing SKU labels ahead of shipping:

  1. Select the SKUs you need from Inventory Hub.
  2. Print a pick list to walk the warehouse efficiently.
  3. Print labels for anything that needs a fresh barcode sticker.
